Blue 22 Capital is a real estate private equity firm that helps investors diversify, preserve and grow their capital through cash-flowing multifamily real estate.
Blue 22 Capital invests in value add, workforce housing in growing North Carolina. We create value for investors by (i) identifying promising assets in growing sub-markets; (ii) lining up deal teams to acquire the asset (financing, investors, and property management teams); (iii) rigorously executing the business plan to upgrade the asset and provide investors with passive income streams; and finally (iv) conducting a timely and profitable exit.

The North Carolina market has strong economic drivers that demonstrate long-term employment and population growth for years to come. That economic growth, in turn, drives increased demand for workforce housing that outpaces the supply as the majority of new construction adds inventory to class A “luxury” housing. Our investment thesis is grounded on strong demand, limited supply and value-add investments that lead to rent growth and asset appreciation.

Jon has spent 20 years managing complex international development projects overseas. He has led greenfield startups in multiple countries resulting in $65+ million in new business. He applied his strengths in economics, project management, and financial analysis to build a real estate portfolio of single-family homes and private investments in mortgage notes and multifamily. Put simply, Blue 22 Capital manages group investments in real estate. Blue 22 Capital does the active work to identify, acquire, improve, and manage a property. Passive investors invest and receive quarterly distributions. We target 5 year exits, +/- based on market, to sell or refinance and split profits.
